There are 5 types of Special Arrows you can build. And the whole process is relatively simple, since you can get both components directly from Ranged Weapons Components shop terminal. Bigger problem presents how to decide which type to create. Each set brings different damage, special effects, exists in different ql range and locks Bow Special Attack skill for different duration.

Once you have decided on the type, bear in mind that Reet-Tech Metaplast Arrowshafts set final quallity of Arrows and that Arrowheads need to be at least 90% of the Arrowshafts.
